We left Mystery Bay on Sunday and travelled through to Kioloa Beach. We stayed in a holiday park there which was massive but unfortunately they have all the powered sites squashed together in one area which felt a bit claustrophobic after the space we have been used to elsewhere. It was also pretty busy with families as its school holidays - the bonus was the awesome beach and the weather was just glorious.
We have been amazed at how beautiful the beaches are in NSW - we hadn't expected that they would rival Qlds but they are just as lovely - beautiful sand, clear torquiose water and pretty much deserted.
We have headed off today to get to Sydney to drop Chip off to the exporters tomorrow, store our van and catch our flight to NZ on Thursday. The weather is starting to turn today with heavy rain expected through to the weekend so the timing could not have been better.
